Abstract: Ordered and partially ordered PbSc$_{0.5}$Ta$_{0.5}$O$_3$ ferroelectric single crystals are studied by diffraction, electrophysical, and optical methods. X-ray diffraction and electrophysical methods indicate the presence of a phase transition in the low-temperature range (at $T$ = -40$^\circ$C).
