Measurement of X-ray and neutron sources with polycapillary optics

Abstract: A new method to measure the anode of X-ray sources is suggested. Using this method, one can not only measure the size of an anode spot but also obtain a 3D intensity distribution in the anode. The anode spot measurement accuracy depends on the size of the focal spot of an X-ray polycapillary lens.
