AlN/AlGaN heterostructures for selective ultraviolet MSM detectors

Abstract: MSM photodetectors based on AlN/AlGaN heterostructures offer a low dark current, and their spectral characteristics render them promising for selective solar-blind detectors with a maximal sensitivity at a wavelength of 240 nm.
