High-frequency modulation of light in diffraction by the Bragg grating with a refractive index traveling wave

Abstract: The diffraction by a Bragg grating with high-frequency modulation of the refractive index of the medium is analyzed theoretically. The effect of the grating parameters and parameters of an rf signal on the efficiency of modulation of optical signals at frequencies above 10 GHz is investigated.
