Analysis of the sensitivity of circular waveguide filter performance to manufacturing tolerances

Abstract: The electrodynamic properties of circular waveguide filters with complex-shaped resonant diaphragms have been studied. The dependence of the band-pass filter characteristics on the geometric dimensions of the central diaphragm and their slight deviations from the optimal values has been analyzed. Their influence on the device's amplitude-frequency response has been determined.
