Experimental investigation of the effect of conducting fractal phases on the permittivity of composites

Abstract: The dependence of the permittivities of a number of model systems on the bulk resistivity is studied experimentally. The effect of fractal polarization is considered on the basis of analysis of experimental data. A qualitative model of relaxation phenomena is proposed for a new type of surface polarization that can be treated as a logical continuation of the Maxwell–Wagner polarization to conducting filters.
