Abstract: The stability of paraffin with a different concentration of copper nanopowder (a particle size of 50 and 100 nm) against a high-intensity nanosecond electron beam is studied experimentally. It is shown that the size and concentration of nanoparticles have a great influence on the thermophysical properties of the paraffin-copper oxide system and govern a phase transition in it.
