Abstract: The electrodynamic analysis of reflector antennas (RAs) is performed with the aid of a self-consistent method. The mathematical model of such antennas is reduced to a system of 2D hypersingular integral equations. By way of example, an RA with a reflector that represents a parabolic cylinder is analyzed. The directional pattern of the antenna and the current-density distributions on the surfaces of the reflector and feed are presented.
