Interferometry that combines the measurement and testing of the wedging of transparent plates

Abstract: Several variants and schemes are proposed for implementation of the interference method that makes it possible to combine the measurement and testing of parameters of phase objects in the measurement testing of transparent wedge-shaped plates. The proposed variants are employed in the measurement testing of wedge-shaped glass plates.
