Abstract: A model is constructed to study the polarization characteristics and absorption curves for an ensemble of spherical particles with a nonconcentric inclusion that are placed in a resonator cavity. Quantitative estimates are made that can be used to predict how biophysical and biochemical processes in a biological tissue may influence its optical properties.
