Abstract: There is represented a general scheme of functioning and the corresponding model of a porous biomicrofluid matrix based on nickel titanium, which possesses a shape-memory effect, prepared by the method of selective laser sintering. The simulation of thermomechanical and electrothermal hysteresis phenomena composes the basis of the functioning of this MEMS. Such a model can be used for estimating the efficiency and controllability of drug delivery systems via the change in the volume of pores.
