X-ray crystal cavity and resonators

Abstract: The review considers various configurations of crystal cavities for X-rays. X-ray resonators, including the Fabry–Perot resonator, are described. Particular attention is paid to the methods of coupling a crystal cavity with X-ray free-electron laser.
