Abstract:
Miniature infrared sources based on misaligned carbon nanotubes films have been manufactured. Emission spectra of films based on single-walled (including those with metallic and semiconductor conductivity) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes have been obtained in the wavelength range of 3–10 $\mu$m and in the temperature range from 150$^\circ$C to 400$^\circ$C. The possibility of using the manufactured infrared sources to measure transmission spectra of thin organic films has been demonstrated.
