Diamond refractive optics for advanced X-ray sources

Abstract: The possibilities of creating diamond refractive optics using various diamond processing technologies, including the technology of microelectromechanical systems, laser cutting and ablation, as well as ion-beam lithography, are demonstrated. Experimental studies of the lenses were carried out on synchrotron and laboratory X-ray sources.
