Dynamic Response of Plates on the Effect of a Moving Load

Abstract: The problem of stationary motion of the load on the surface of plate lying on an elastic foundation is considered. From a practical point of view of a large interest is the speed at which a phenomenon of resonance may be observed. The solution of this problem described in our paper can be used as basis for practical experiments.
