Strongly algebraically closed lattice of semibuildings

Abstract: We introduce the notion of $q^\prime$-compactness for a ranked lattice whose flags form a chamber system for $S_n$-semibuildings and find the conditions for the lattice to be strongly algebraically closed. We also study the relationships between semibuildings and Faigle geometries with the lattice of closed sets of $\mathbb{Q}$.
