Abstract: Orbital anisotropy created by nematic aerogels in superfluid $^3$He is in general spatially inhomogeneous. It has been shown that fluctuation corrections caused by this inhomogeneity reduces the amplitude of the average order parameter in the polar phase and the shift of the nuclear magnetic resonance frequency. Various corrections have been estimated and the temperature dependences of their contributions to the mentioned macroscopic quantities have been discussed.
