Neutrino processes in an external active medium

Abstract: Possible manifestations of the interaction of neutrinos with an active external astrophysical medium (dense plasma and strong magnetic field) owing both to the nonstandard magnetic moment of the Dirac neutrino appearing in extensions of the Standard Model and to the standard weak interaction have been analyzed.
