Abstract: The dynamics of a neuron generator with a feedback loop formed owing to the propagation of a signal through a neural network has been examined. It has been found that such a feedback loop makes it possible to control the frequency of oscillations of a neuron under the network signalization conditions, stabilizing a certain average generation frequency. Furthermore, when feedback is increased, the dynamics of the neuron becomes bistable with two stable steady states corresponding to different average frequencies of oscillation generation.
