Stabilization of a system with linear delay

Abstract: The problem of stabilization of a linear system of differential equations with constant delay containing fast and slow variables is considered. The systems of this kind can be obtained from the systems with linear delay by replacing an argument. An algorithm for stabilizing this system with delay is proposed and implemented using Matlab application software package.
