On definition of strength of electric and magnetic

Abstract: The concepts of electric and magnetic field strength are analyzed. The definition of magnetic field strength is given as the ratio of the force acting on a current-carrying conductor placed in a magnetic field to the current. The definition is given based on the operation of dividing quaternions.
