Abstract:
The technology of manufacturing of constructive elements of biosensor controls by a method of extension of capillaries in similarity from glass capillaries of the large dimensions is fulfilled. The tests of
skilled samples by a method of measurement of the spectral characteristics in visible and near ultra-violet
areas of an electromagnetic spectrum are performed. The structures with a hollow air core were investigated, as well as the structures, that were filled by various biological solutions. The comparative analysis
of spectra of micro-structural fibers with various composition has confirmed a possibility of their usage
as sensor controls of concentration of substances. The results proving influence of concentration of substances on a spectrum are received.
