Abstract:
The mathematical model for building irrigation system production functions and including them into
flow models is presented. These functions represent relationships between the system effectiveness and
volumes of guaranteed and used water resources. The model is described by the two-stage problem of
stochastic programming. The strategic variables of the model are the structures of agricultural crops and
the tactical variables are the corrections of these structures due to deviations of water volumes being fed
into the irrigation system from the planned values. The method for solving this multi-extremal problem is
proposed.
