About one nonlocal problem for equation in partial derivatives of fourth order

Abstract: The article deals with nonlocal task for equation in special derivative of the fourth order. Using the method of Riemann for pseudoparabolic equation of high order the task comes to integral equation of Volter's third origin. It proves in what meanings parameter $\lambda$ in the task has its only regular decision.
