Developing the system thinking for managers using simulation modeling and games

Abstract: Nowadays a specialist in management must know how to solve various problems using system approach. To master system thinking we can use simulation and games. In this article author presents her economic simulation game “Market race”, which shows path dependence effect. It also dwells on positive educational effects and limitations of simulation and games implementation in education.
