Abstract: On the basis of generalization of classical model of dynamics of manufacture of A. Vald two qualitatively new models of dynamics of productive and economic systems with "memory", with use of operators of differentiation of the higher and fractional orders are offered. Mathematical models are transformed into a kind convenient for the qualitative analysis.
