Snowiness of winters in the Elbrus region over the period from 1995 to 2010

Abstract: The paper deals with analyses of the snow precipitation in winters in the Elbrus region for the period of instrumental observations, especially of snow accumulation in region of Elbrus over the observation period 1995 to 2010 according to meteorological data of stations Terskol and Cheget. The studies analyzed the synoptic conditions in the region of Elbrus and Garabashi glasier.
