Methodological issues of information provision for the establishment of a data bank in the problem of numerical evaluation of the susceptibility of geosystems to dangerous natural processes

Abstract: The paper discusses a range of methodological issues of information security in research of exposure of geosystems to dangerous natural processes on the basis of GIS technology. The analysis of additions to the developed data bank with the necessary parameters for hazardous natural processes was performed. The results of the implementation of the material based on the use of cartographic material of GIS and satellite photographs are demonstrated.
