The fundamental solution of a degenerate parabolic equation with Riemann-Liouville operator

Abstract: Properties of fundamental solution of the degenerate parabolic equation with Riemann-Liouville operator are investigated. A general representation of solution of the equation in a rectangular area is constructed.
