X-rays reflectivity evaluation with regard to real state of surface and shadowing effects

Abstract: An analytical method for reflectivity evaluation with regard to real state of surface and shadowing effects developed for radiolocation is applied in the article for X-Ray range. Results of angular dependence of X-Rays reflectivity calculation with regard to real state of surface and shadowing effects are presented in the article.
