The decision of problems of the best approach of net function by linear splines and their applications to decision-making

Abstract: Problems of the best uniform approach of net function by linear splines with an optimum choice of units are solved and their applications to optimum regulation in network systems are presented. The method can be used in information systems, calculus mathematics, optimum control of systems of pulse and piece-linear management, regression analysis.
