Abstract: Vital activity is considered as an element of the biosphere of the evolutionary process, caused, in turn, by irreversible process of relaxation in a thermodynamic system of solar photosphere - the Earth. Evolution inevitably leads to a transition of civilization in heterophase state with joint existence of biological and abiological intellectual systems.
