Abstract:
The paper provides an overview of the achievements of retailer robotics. Retail is presented as a system of allocation of human life facilities. Key issues of implementation of modern robotic systems in the retail system were identified. Robotics is seen in the aspect of human substitution in the performance of cognitive and communicative operations with goods, and in the performance of physically active action by regrouping and transportation of goods. Fundamental advantages of multi-agent robotic systems from stationary and mobile autonomous modules for human replacement while performing routine and monotonous logic and logistics operations in large commercial enterprises were considered. The concept of the innovative all-terrain chassis for mobile units is proposed.
