The synoptic analysis of the weather conditions and the concept of creating a system to prevent extreme weather conditions in the Krasnodar territory

Abstract: The concept of protecting the Krasnodar Territory from the effects of extreme weather events and ensuring weather-climatic conditions favorable for life through the use of a system of robotic complexes with infrasound emitters and a self-learning control system based on artificial intelligence is presented.
