On the solvability of the integral electric field equation for nonabsorbing media

Abstract: Background. The problem of solvability of the electric field integral equation for non-absorbing media is considered. Materials and methods. The method of quadratic forms is applied to investigation of the operators of the problem. Results and conclusions. The study proves the continuous reversibility of the operator of the electric field equation in the case of plane screens and nonabsorbing media.
