Abstract:
In this work we created thermodynamics model of metal clusters formation. It is shown that expression for distribution function in the sizes depend on their interaction with a substrate. The optimum size of cluster was found and it is shown that its size depends on factor of a superficial tension of the substance forming кластер. Comparison of the calculated sizes clusters gland will be co-ordinated with the literary data well.
