Numerical method for solving the inverse problem of restoring the effective permittivity by the reflection coefficient

Abstract: The article considers a numerical method of effective permittivity definition by the reflection coefficient. The author demonstrates the results of the method convergence and presents the figures of permittivity value dependence on the number of iterations.
