Fomenko–Zieschang invariants of integrable systems with symplectic singularities

Abstract: The results of this paper extend the object domain of the Fomenko–Zieschang theory of invariants. We consider integrable Hamiltonian systems which occur on symplectic manifolds with structural singularities.
