The closeness and closability criteria for infinitesimal operators of certain semigroups

Abstract: We consider generators of operator semigroups and study the closedness and closability properties (in a class of operators) of some of them. We obtain necessary conditions and sufficient conditions for generators to be closed operators or closeable in the class of operators.
