Nanoinformatics: direction of development of information technologies

Abstract: Problems of future nanoindustry development are discussed. It is shown that the use of the new paradigm of scientific research that is based on data acquisition, curation, and analysis requires research in nanoinformatics. Nanoinformatics is a new research area in science. Some research projects in nanoinformatics are discussed. Critical emerging research activities are briefly outlined.
