Abstract: The article considers enterprises that manage engineering systems for the production and distribution of resources. In the context of the characteristics of these enterprises and their importance for the functioning of modern society, it is concluded that it is necessary to increase their efficiency in the event of adverse impacts. The analysis showed that organizational and engineering components of the enterprise are closely related, and the failure of elements of one of the components inevitably affects the other. An integrated approach to increasing the sustainability of a resource supply enterprise is proposed. This approach includes a joint analysis of the organizational and engineering components of resilience, identifying errors in the data flows of management processes, searching for vulnerabilities in the network resource distribution system, assessing their impact on the performance and uninterrupted provision of services to consumers, as well as developing recovery strategies after negative impacts. An example of the mutual influence of the organizational and engineering components of an enterprise is considered.

Keywords: resilience management, resource supplying enterprises, adverse impacts, business processes.
