Abstract: An original approach to automating the solution of problems related to geo-mathematical modeling is proposed. The data space of a computational project is represented as a dynamic system consisting of related objects characterized by a set of discrete states. The relationship of dependence between objects forms a hierarchical structure, represented as a directed graph, preserving all the parameters necessary for calculations. Transitions between the objects states describe the stages of the task and provide the ability to automatically build all elements of the model. This approach is implemented in the GST software. An effective toolkit has been implemented that allows forming algorithms for solving geological problems and execute them automatically. The object-hierarchical structure of the data space ensures strict compliance of the modeling results with the calculation scheme and the source data, taking into account their periodic changes.
