Abstract: The mathematical are proposed, based on which are compared of three regimens of discrete manufacturing: manual, with the use of purchased robots and with the use of robots, made in the enterprise (self-reproduction). It is recognized that all process steps in the production of works correctly with probability less than one. Required to find the optimal level of automation, which is expressed in minimizing human intervention in the production process. It is shown that to achieve a specified purpose and effective business management of discrete type of end product feedback must use a strategy of self-assembly.

Keywords: self-assembly, robotica, end product feedback, levels of automation, unit of working time robot, probability of a correct execution.
