Application of "Stripe" algorithm for online machine learning

Abstract: The present paper considers online learning problem where training data becomes available in a sequential order. "Stripe" algorithm proposed by V.A. Yakubovich is used for online learning. Its applicability for online machine learning is confirmed by comparison with a traditional model trained using stochastic gradient descent.
