Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of an image with a given code

Abstract: The article introduces an image encoding function which is invariant with respect to affine transform. The properties of the encoding funciton are investigated. Necessary and sufficient conditions are found for a given set of numbers to be a code of nonsingulari image.
