Phase equality in TlInSe$_{2}$-AgInSe$_{2}$ systems

Abstract: This work examines the study of interactions in the TlInSe$_{2}$-AgInSe$_{2}$ system on the basis of differential thermal (DTA), microstructural (MSA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses, as well as resistivity and density measurements carried out under thermal conditions. The phase diagram of the TlInSe$_{2}$-AgInSe$_{2}$ system over the whole concentration range has been constructed. On the basis of TlInSe$_{2}$, the solubilities of the AgInSe$_{2}$ compound were found, reaching 15 mol.% at eutectic temperature and 3 mol.% at room temperature. The solubility of TlInSe$_{2}$ in AgInSe$_{2}$ is insignificant and amounts to 2.0 mol.% at room temperature. The isotherm of the electrical conductivity dependence $\sigma = f(x)$, does not contradict the presented diagram.
