On the analysis of decision-making problems with the hierarchical structure

Abstract: This article discusses examples of the analysis of multi-criteria decision-making problems with the hierarchical structure shown in a number of papers published in well-known, Russian scientific publications. Collated mistakes authors of these works related with using tools Analytic Hierarchy Process and its modifications.
