The definition of the functions of transport costs at nodes

Abstract: A mathematical model of the transport network was developed. We introduced our classification of nodes as well as the criteria of efficiency of flows distribution. A method for determining the function of transport costs in the case of the hypothesis on the distribution of time intervals between the requirements of the law by the generalized Erlang was deduced .
