Abstract: Discussions about exchange rate of rouble, interest rate of CB (Central Bank) and storage means of gold currency stocks almost always were in “latent” form but crisis made it obvious. The brochure deals with the unsolved problems of economic management as a whole including region aspects. Suggests non-trivial approaches in solving these problems. Authors suggests, that polemical form of the article will attract more readers, which tired watching mass-media. The brochure intended for region administrators, who work on eliminating of crisis aftermath and for students who specializing on economy.
