Abstract: The brochure deals with the reasons the financial crisis in the U.S., its impact on the economy of Russia and analysis of the central organs of economic management. The need to improve methods of managing the national economy through the introduction of an automated system of indicative planning (called Gosplan), the use of which would give stability and new dynamics of the Russian economy. The brochure is prepared for the reader in possession of fundamental knowledge of the world economics, mathematics and computer science, ie for senior students, graduate students and faculty of economic and technical institutions of higher education.
